Hi there,

For my customer i am looking for a professional who can make a professional CMS website and add a few features in it with a cool design.

I am only doing outsourcing, so please bid low i have more customers for you and projects in the future since i must outsource to you i can not pay that much since i can not make it myself and depended on you.

You need to pimp this website:

Here are some details:

1) Change the design into something very good and professional you can use your own taste in color and fantasy

2) The video's that you upload and see must be in a format like 484x316 HD (high quality)

3) The pictures you see downstairs (thumbnails) must be in 125x125 and in a slideshow you see downstairs ... however when you click on it it must show the real size full preview
4) On the right side you see a flyer ... this need to be functional so you can change this flyer in the CMS admin panel

5) there must be a shoutbox function including smileys underneath the fler on the right side

6) When you upload a movie in the CMS it must be archived by year / month ... so that the videos will be nice archived on the website when a user view the website so you will have a link like videos in here you choose your year and then the month

7) Banner exchange function need to be exact a copy of this website:

But before someone can fill in this info he or she must create an account first but a simple registration form like: firt name + last name + username + password

This function must be above the header ... this feature will be used to let peopel advertise also the request must be based on registration date (start of date) and when it will expire so it will not be shown anymore

Anyway this is all CMS based the whole website.

Later on we will add an chat feature that we will discuss about it later and also my customer want a agenda feature in it to plan some dates.
