I have an unfinished website project at http://www.hotfragrance.net
I'd like it to look and function similar to these websites: fragrancenet.com or perfumeloft.com
I have a complete excel database with all the product names, description, pictures, etc. This website must be search engine friendly. At the moment I'm using ecommercetemplates shopping cart software, however I'm open to other suggestions. These are the requirements:

Look and Feel:
Aesthetically pleasing and uniform look and feel design of the whole website which can be benchmarked against the best websites on the Internet.
Navigation:
We will try to design navigation, which is intuitive to visitors and can get customers quickly and efficiently to the merchandise they are looking for.
Appropriate Bread crumbs will be provided to help users avoid becoming lost by indicating to them where they are at in the website
Left alphabet search frame will be created
Improved Search Security and Usability Capabilities:
Search by alphabet
Text Search {Capability to search by keywords, item Number, Description}
Shop by gender (men’s, women’s, children etc.), type, price, brands etc.
Featured Products, Top Sellers, New Arrivals, Close outs
Recently viewed items section – including recently viewed categories
‘Do not see it – Request It’ Form.
View all designer page (set by alphabet – like in perfume.com)
Show shopping cart on the right.
Inform customers how much amount of items they can purchase to get free shipping.
Currency Conversion – client can set from admin different currencies and their exchange rates.
Sliding window to capture customer email
Products listing page:
Filtering (by price, by gender) and sorting (by alphabet, by price).
Percentage discount can be shown (if client wants)
Automated browse-mode thumbnails
Product Detail Page and Shopping Cart Pages:
Payment Integration to collect online payment with any credit card service (client will sign-up for the service).
Google checkout and Paypal Express checkout
Detailed information about every product
Show together products belonging to a particular brand
Show products from same designer
Ability to read/write reviews and ratings
All pages where sensitive personal information is transmitted online will be made secure and information sent via SSL (client to acquire SSL certificate).
Automatic removal from site once a product falls below minimum order quantity or marking them out of stock.
Shipping and Handling Charges – by number of items or by order amount.
Free Shipping and Handling over certain amount orders.
Email this product to a friend feature
Easier and better checkout process with shipping and coupon section at the start
Online order tracking via email and from My Account section
Printable Thanks/Confirmation Page after order is submitted.
Signup for News Letter:
Ability to send bulk E-newsletters which client would create (if hosting company allows).
Static Pages:
About privacy policy, FAQ, terms, conditions & shipping policy, customer service, trade show and any other static pages as required by client’s business. All text to be put needs to be provided by client.

Ability to assign a minimum order amount that can be purchased at the wholesale prices (one generic value).
Ability to accept dropship orders
Special shipping rates for wholesale and dropship orders

Change the status and other information of Order – including changing shipping addresses.
Shipping rate and Free shipping option
Ability to create a flat file for import to UPS/FedEX for label printing
The Taxes Editor to allow you to collect, or not collect tax, based on location, AND set the rate (percent %) for each state
