I purchased this website: www.thumbstv.com, a while ago and at the time the site was extremely profitable and popular. Unfortunately during the transfer of the site the old owner wasn't cooperative and decided to dump the site on my server without proper setup of the wordpress end of things.

I'm looking for someone to complete this setup as best they can, I'm assured that all the files to do so are already on the server but I lack the experience to actually setup the sites. There are multiple domains and previously they all had their own individual site design and template whereas now they all just redirect to one site.

I'd like to return the site to that state of former glory and improve its revenue. By making the site look like it did previously hopefully this will encourage visitors to click on advertisements etc. A picture of one of the sites before transfer is here http://www.thumbstv.com/original.png

Looking for someone competent in Wordpress and also Wordpress templates etc. If the job is done well the person who carries out the work will be entitled to a 50% share of the profits of the site for one year. In other words whoever sorts this site out for me, will be rewarded well.

Please contact me if you wish to take a look at the servers structure so that you may decide what type of and how much work is needed. More details about the previous profit of the site and traffic are given below, if the redesign and sort out that the winning bidder does returns the site to its previous state, they'll be earning half of all the monthly profits for one year, thats a lot of money if you look at the previous stats. As well as being paid for their bid on this site.
