-Below the Video Box on the Right Hand Side add an "Add As A Friend & Subscribe Here" widget with Twitter, Facebook, InkedIn, YouTube, and RSS like this example: http://www.dkdojo.com

-Weekly Calls & Webinars Page

-Add a Flickr Widget

-Create a "Max Diamond Elite Team" Graphic & Widget

-Add a Google Friend Connect Widget

-Add Social Bookmarking Buttons at the Bottom of Each Post like this example: http://www.dkdojo.com

-Fix the issue posting new blogs under the "Personal Development" section at the bottom first hand column without messing up the whole layout of the site.
