Description

I am looking for a U.S. freelancer to develop a whole online website, ftp site with multiple log ins, and seo for the website. Person MUST have at least 5 references that can be contacted and be able to give access to ALL files that are created. Will not pay until I have the files, I have went through this with another GAF developer and will not do this again. I don't think that all are dishonest, but need to ensure that my money is spent well.

The site itself is very basic in needs, I am a service provider that wants a professional looking site with only 5 pages, a contact form, and the FTP access from the site for clients to be able to access and upload recordings, and agents to be able to log in to access the recordings and fill out a form attached to each recording. Will elaborate on this to the winning bidder.

SEO would be for the major search engines and expect to be on page one in google, msn, and yahoo within a couple months.

I would take more interest in a developer from the dakotas or minnesota. Please place your bid for the FULL project.

Actually, I'm an IT Manager for several companies who uses Get a Freelancer to find coders for my clients. I'm not sure if all bidders can see the posts that I make to the other bidders on a project.
