Need to quickly complete the development of a small website. Here are the details:

- The Website needs to have a blog with comments disabled
- The Website needs to have article adding capability (So I can add artciles to it)
- The Website should be SEO'd for few non-competitive keywords
- 50 one way theme PR3+ links should be made to the site

Fast development is given higher priority.
