Description: This project is very simple. i'd do it myself but i dont have the time.

I have included the screen shot of what the site looks like. I require valid html/css that works in IE (5/6/7) Firefox & Safari. TABLELESS

You may not disclose the author/client. I do not want to see this in your portfolio.

Notes:
the secondary navigation will need to be text based links - the buttons here should be able to expand/contract depending on length of text inside.
backgrounds - be smart. small slices. -- for the internal background use a small square that you repeat....
The left nav is flash - you will be sent this to include in the html/css. - it will have a transparent background

easy stuff. i need a quick turn around with quality work.

If you do a good job its quite possible i will send you alot of work down the road.

Not going to spend more than $40
