Description:	SEO – Top 7 Google Page 1 Needed I want to apologize in advance that there is a lot to read on this posting, but I want to clearly convey my project deliverables and what I expect from bidders. This can be a very rewarding project for the right person, because I will offer bonuses for exceptional results. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU CAN MEET THE DELIVERABLES AND CAN ACCEPT THE PROJECT TERMS LISTED BELOW. I am looking for an experienced SEO person (at least 5-10 sites done professionally prior to this project) that has a track record of excellent SERP for websites on Google. I will be considering your past work and references in my decision. Please PM me some of your results. The key deliverables for the project are to get my websites within the Top 7 (of Page 1) of the organic search results (non-PPC) on Google for their respective keywords. I can send you the terms and exact website names in a PM if you send me a message. I plan to bonus the winning bidder if he or she can get any of the sites to #1 or in the Top 3 on Google. (See the bonus amounts below) So, if you are good, this contract could be worth more than your bid price. Included in the project assumptions will also be some advanced keyword research on top of what my web designer and I have already completed. I have a list of keywords together that we are targeting for the sites, but I want the winning bidder to finalize the keyword strategy with a deep dive into the words and industry including misspellings. The industry in this case is male enhancement supplements. I have 11 very small sites (1-7 pages each) that are W3C validated and designed in html with google sitemaps and are web 2.0 compliant. They have already gone through some basic onsite SEO. They are SEO-friendly out of the gate. These 10 very small sites are all designed to do basically the same thing but with different keywords - channel a person to a page that sells our only product. Many of these small sites are 1 page of text only with a newsfeed/blog. Short and simple, but built for maximum onsite SEO potential. The sites are all similar in nature, and a lot of your time spent doing offsite SEO would be efficient since these pages all have similar subjects (you can point comments or articles back to a number of the sites since they are similar logical topics.) When you research websites through which you can identify quality links for these pages, they will all be in the same industry. The product I sell is a male enhancement supplement. If you have experience doing SEO for a customer in this industry, please let me know in a PM. I will be turning over my 11 small sites to you including full cPanel access to my web host. These sites will be yours to edit and optimize as you please. I will NOT be doing anything while you have control – I won't be doing link validations, link adding, or anything. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO DELIVER TOP 7 on Page 1 in Google for the sites with the agreed-upon keywords. You can do anything you want with onsite and offsite SEO to accomplish these results, but they MUST BE WHITE HAT. If any of the sites become banned from Google, it would be a complete failure. I expect you to do a lot of offsite SEO to achieve this objective, so DO NOT BID if you only plan to do onsite SEO. As for offsite SEO on this project, I expect you to be very experienced with link-building and do a lot of it to achieve the SERP objectives. And I expect you to be able to build QUALITY LINKS related to my industry. I have some ideas which will help you to do so, including some information on good non-industry PR5-PR7 sites that will allow one-ways with top commentator wordpress to boost PR. You could probably plan on posting on a number of forums to accomplish this – I will send you links to some of the best and highest ranking ones (if you don't already know them). I also require that you list my sites in DMOZ, and some PR7-PR8 directories. Here are some key ideas that I would like you to consider to achieve our project goals: Submit the sites to PR6+ directories and other industry-related directories Manual link placement with other webmasters directly on PR4+ sites Article submissions (PR4+ sites) Press release submissions (PR5+ sites) Participation and linking in social networking sites (PR7+ ie. Myspace, livejournal, 360 yahoo) Links from high PR .edu sites that allow commenting Social bookmarking site submission (netscape, dig, technorati) Forum posts (PR5+ sites) Blog comment posting RSS submissions As for the link building you do as part of your offsite SEO, the usual rules apply: One Way Links. Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted). Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag. Links should not be from framed pages All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). Links must be in text, no graphics. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well. Now, the terms of my bid request and contract on this project are as follows: You will receive $50 to start the project. This will cover some of your initial research time. You will receive another $150 when you have built up a significant number of quality incoming links to the site and all 11 sites have reached PR4 or higher as calculated by the number of inbound links and this linking algorithm: http://www.tehnet.ro/pagerank.php. You will receive the balance of your bid price when the 11 sites all rank within the TOP 7 organic results on Page 1 in Google for a period of two weeks for the agreed-upon keywords. If you can not achieve the objective (Top 7 on page 1 of Google for all websites), it would be considered a failure, and it would be at my digression as to what you would be paid for your time. I want to be sure you can meet the objective. I am a very fair person, please keep that in mind. BONUS: You will receive a bonus of $100 for each site that reaches #1 on Google, or $50 for each site that reaches the Top 3 on Google for the agreed-upon keywords within the project timeframe. This could make the project worth an additional $1,100 if you are truly an SEO master. To qualify, each site must be ranked #1 for more than 7 days, and again, you must not use any black hat to do so. If you cannot accept these terms, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT. I will assume that if you bid on this project, then you agree to these terms. This project will start on March 15th. You can begin the onsite SEO at any point in time (after March 15th), but the link building and offsite SEO probably can't start until March 25th because of our new product timing. If you do a great job, we would be interested to negotiate a deal to continue your SEO services after you get our websites ranked within the Top 7 on Google with the project guidelines above. This could be a great long-term opportunity for the right person.
