Website layout brief

I need a website page coded in correct search engine spider friendly HTML and CSS.

Only bid if you can demonstrate your work with SEO and Search engine bot friendly and crawlable pages.

Please don’t waste mine and your time if you have not done SEO friendly pages before.

I am looking at someone doing this quickly within 1 day or so keep this timeframe in mind when bidding.

The page once finished should be successfully validated on the W3C page validator.
• NO TABLES TO BE USED AND ALL LAYOUT DONE USING CSS.
• CSS AND JS SCRIPTS ARE TO BE LOADED SEPARATELY AND WILL NOT BE PART OF THE PAGE CODE.

You will be supplied with a reference layout along with a few sample sites which will explain my requirements.

The layout is very SIMPLE and does not contain much graphics except for the logo (which is being designed) but we know its dimensions so you can leave a placeholder in.
