Description

I have a forum based on educational abroad. It has 4000 posts and 300 members. It gets around 20 visits.

The forums runs on Vbulletin and it needs to get started and get running.

The project aim is "What so Ever needs to be done should be done to market my forum"

>> Yahoo Answers, Backlinks, Comment Posting, SEO, Optimization, Online groups, Directory Submission, Youtube, Orkut, Social Networking, twitter etc etc

The total budget i have is $70 ( Fix Rate).

The bidder who offers maximum services and long term success would be chosen. The results should be permanent and not for couple of days. I am looking for long term results. (I dont want overnight visitors/ Traffic)

I need somebody who can provide me all the services and get my website active.
