Description

I would like to get a clone of digg.com including all functions and with the same look & feel.

A) Following enhancement and changes need to be made:
1. Only 6 categories required (details will be provided later). Subcategories can be configured and added by admin
2. Articles can also be posted by the user or provided via RSS feed from another website (in addition to providing a link to an existing website as in digg.com). The user interface and supporting functions for posting/editing a new article should be similar to Wikipedia (www.wikipedia.org)
3. The rating of each article can be simplified by offering the options
- “top” = 2 points
- “medium” = 1 point
- “poor” = 0 points
4. The total number of points will be shown and can be used for the ranking within a category, subcategory or time period (similar to “diggs” at digg.com)


B) Additional general requirements:
1. Complete frontend of website needs to SEO friendly; all URL’s have to be clean and search engine friendly
2. Website including SQL database which can be further expanded
3. Banner management is required for side banner and also Google adsence
4. Sitemap required
5. Powerful admin required to control all settings/panels
