Description: I have had an automated horse racing program developed for which I need a dynamic website created, It will need some links to other horseracing sites for tips and results etc. a salesletter page and a
frequently asked questions page.
The program which is going to be leased on a monthly subscription will need to be able to take the details of members signing up, issue passwords send conformation emails and take payments monthly through Paypal.

I will also need website promotion and paying member’s signups
I need someone who is experienced in this sort of work who can give help and advice on the sort of things I need to make the project a success.
