Description

I want someone to bid on creating a website using the layouts specified in the PDF. Please use the same color schemes provided in the Colors.pdf (top, body, bottom). Color scheme of the WebSite should match as closely to the attached brochures as possible.

This is a simple project. CSS should be table-less
You are essentially just creating a template and filling in with some "stuff" so that we can see how it will look.
