Description

I have a Wordpress blog with Thesis Theme 1.6v to customize.

I need someone who can complete this simple customization, professionally. You must be able to communicate in English well. If you do a good job on this project there could be more work in the future.

Skills you must have:
- Very comfortable with customizing wordpress themes with prior examples.
- Photoshop (cutting, pasting, editing images)
- CSS

You will have to:
- Make custom header design with my personal photo. Will also need to supply graphics and/or stock photos
- Make the layout wider which involves editing the background image and other images so it looks professional.
- Make part of the header image repeat across the back of the screen.
- Adjust CSS positing properties and layout object on the page.
- Move menu items, pages, categories to fit the requirements.
- Add webforms and video
- Adjust spacing/margins etc on the page.
- Be able to place headings in the right place.
- additional standard Wordpress customization skills.

I am looking for a custom design that looks professional and industry specific.
I will supply reference blogs that we will use for reference. You need to be able to implement it.

Would like to see finished in 6 days.

***Note: We are looking to build a good working relationship to help us implement 3 more sites.
