Description
Create a single landing page as follows:My designer has created a single large image of the landing page in .jpg format.
Task required are:
Import .jpg image into Photoshop and divide it up into several smaller images optimized for quick uploading. Export these images as optimized .html images.
Image contains white input fields for Name, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, country, phone# and email address. These image fields must be coded to become input fields so data can be captured.
These fields must be in a format that can be later tied into a shopping cart. You will NOT be involved with this task.
The image contains three pictures of clickable buttons: "Order Now" and "Try XXXXX Free Today" and "Download Study". Each of these buttons must be turned into a hyperlink to other pages. The hyperlinks will be installed later so for now just populate the URL's with "www.yahoo.com" for testing. The "Download Study" link will link to and open a .pdf document in a new window. You will need to install this .PDF on the website and link to it.
The image also contains a space to embed a Youtube video. I will provide the URL for this video after the job is accepted. You must install the video and have it working.
There are also four areas that must be turned into text boxes. I will provide the text to be inserted.
You should also setup 5 separate webpages each which will be open in a new window. Each page will be left blank. The pages will be called "TOS", "FAQ", "Privacy_Policy", "Contact_Us" and "Billing".
I will fill in the text that goes into these pages at a later time.
I will need an HTML footer section on all pages with various text and links to "Home", "TOS", "FAQ", "Privacy_Policy", "Contact_Us" and "Billing".
You must populate the meta-keywords with keywords I provide.
The final result should be uploaded to my website host and be fully functioning (but not interfaced with cart). Also provide me with all separate files of all html code and images needed to maintain the website.
You must have experience with this type of work. Please provide examples of previous work when responding.
