Description
I have designed a simple template on Photoshop for a website I'm making. Petex.tv will be for flash videos and short films.For now all I want is a front page made. As I have a design on photoshop all you will need to do is slice it, change the code from tables to div and create an external css for fonts, borders etc.
I know this can be done cheaply as it requires a minimal amount of work so my budget is well under the $45 mark. Could be quick money for an easy job if you know what your doing.
If I accept your bid this is what I would like you to do:
- turn whatever element on the page into html to save on file size, borders, fonts and backgrounds.
- I would like there to be padding on the top and the left side of the whole site, maybe 20 pixels each way?
- The two light blue boxes will need to have text inputted in.
- If possible the title banner at the top could be sliced and repeated to save on a heavy image file.
- The black box on the left will be for a flash video - I'm not sure if you will need the video now or if you can leave it as an image for me to replace later.
I'm sure though that any bidder on this will know exactly how to turn this photoshop file into a working, efficient site so I wont explain anymore...
It would be nice to see any previous work you have done - especially along the same lines of what I require.

One last thing - Please feel free to make any recommendations when creating the website; my knowledge is pretty poor when it comes to design so would be great to see an experienced persons point of view!
