Description

This is a simple job. I need someone who can convert the Design I am attaching to tableless XHTML CSS. Its just one Page

It should be strict CSS XHTML design and must work on Internet Explorer von Version 6.0 onwards, including Version 7.0 and Firefox Versions 1.5 and above including the new version 3.0.

This work is very urgent. I want it done in the next couple of hours.

So please do not bid if you cannot deliver on time!

The attachments are in JPG. After assigning the job I will send the PSD files. I expect the price to be around 40 dollars. Money wil be escrowed.

Kindly note: The Menu on top and left need a rollover effect where the color of the text changes. take any color, we will change it later.
