Description: Hello freelancers

We have a .psd file that we need translated into a tableless XHTML/CSS web page.

Bidders should include examples of well structured, W3C compliant XHTML/CSS. The page should be XHTML and CSS using DIV’s and not tables (and XHTML 1.0 Transitional compliant). It should display and function the same in all browsers on both mac and pc (IE 6 & 7, firefox 1.5 onwards, opera, and safari on mac osx 10 onwards).

Below is the type of content the page should work with:

Special considerations for this web page are:
1. A working CSS rollover menu (both up and over states supplied in the .psd)
2. A custom text scroller as seen on the right of the attached screen dump. How you do this we don't mind but it must be fed using an iFrame. If you have any questions about this please PM and we will try to respond asap.

A live demo of this page will be required before we consider this project to be completed.

We will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work contracted. No General Public Licence, 3rd party components etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer.
