2 Need newsletter set up as Rss news feed, XML format. Syndicate and offer a (Get the Feed Link) from my page. Need Newsletter set to Syndicate each time I publish.
A. Need nice newsletter sign up form built and activated
to build a mailing list.

3 50 one way pr3+ links to Newsletter, hand Submitted to blog sites etc(permanent Insurance and finance, American only) Social bookmarking ok but only relevant and only American.

4 The template is attached here in jpeg

5 * The template design must load quickly, work with the 2m express editor, Be 100% Google, SEO friendly.
