Description

I am looking for a CSS and XHTML specialist who can transform a graphic design in Photoshop PSD to one webpage (or maybe 2 webpages). With the CSS and HTML code I will build the website myself.

In the attachment you can find the global design in a PDF file. This is not the full design, I have stripped some text or translated text so you can understand (the text will be dutch in the website).

It is a fairly easy design with just a few challenges. For example the menu in the top is a bit tricky. The mouse-over and once it has been clicked needs to show the bar / thick line underneath in the same color as the button. You can see this in PDF, watch the pages 2 and 3.

Another one is the width of the page. You need to make to top-background and the bottom-background to be liquid, so big screens see the horizontal lines the full width. But the content should be centered with a normal width of approx. 980 pixels. The butterfly should always be on the far right, regardless of the screen resolution of the user.

Please do not use tables. I want a XHTML file and a CSS file.

This is a test-project. I am looking for a partner for longterm, many PSD 2 HTML could follow.

Please let me know:
- who you are and where you are from?
- I need you to send a valid / correct invoice for this project (can be a digital invoice off course)
- and show me a few PSD to HTML conversions you have allready done

Questions are welcome. I hope the PDF is clear about what needs to be done. If I select you as a provider then I will send you the real PSD file. The delivery of the XHTML/CSS should be on wednesday or before thursday 23rd of april.
