Description

Hello

I need a HTML coder to turn PSD files which I will provide into valid XHTML/CSS with an ocasional small javascript code(mostly for menus, prefereable in jQuery)

Please respond with a PMB containing:
1. hourly price
2. average slicing time/PSD(I know it varies so I am asking for an AVERAGE)
3. most complicated FIVE HTMLs you have done.

If you don't have these 3 items I will not even look at your bid.
