Description: I need a new website to be created. I have already purchased the domain name. The website should allow users to upload their own video clips to the site, as well as include their own video clip title, estimated run time, video uploader name (ie, username of person who uploaded the video clip). I think it would make sense to have a drop down menu with a few different types of cat videos such as (cute cats, sleeping cats, crazy cats, clumsy cats, cat attacks!) and maybe a few others, this would allow a user of the site to quickly find all the videos they want to see of certain cattitudes! I would also like to include a blog where users can comment on videos. Finally, I would need your help to upload ads and links to the site and an admin panel where we can create text at the top of the page, where we can write pithy comments from time to time. I would need your help to load the website to a domain (I do not have a server, so if you can do this for me at a good price, I could take you up on your service). Thanks
