Description

Have a CRE Loaded template/website and require the following simple changes/corrections.
1) When going through checkout and selecting payment by paypal the paypal icon is missing from the checkout screen.
2) When going through checkout and selecting payment by check/money order and clicking "order printable" button the printable invoice displayed is missing logos and black box's displayed.
3)Would also like the 2nd, duplicate category headings that appear on each page to be removed.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR FULL DETAILS AND SCREEN SHOTS.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW THE SOLUTION/FIX TO THE ABOVE PROBLEMS AS I HAVE ANOTHER WEBSITE/TEMPLATE DOING EXACTLY THE SAME THINGS.

Also just wanting to know if its possible to change the spelling of the check/money order payment option in cre-loaded to australian spelling of CHEQUE??
