Description

I've got need for an e-retailer website. My site is hosted on a Linux server using MySQL databases. I'd need to have approximately 75-100 items for sale at any given time, preferably able to be sorted into a few sub-categories, i.e.-

1-appliances
2-used battleships
3-superconductors

Obviously those are made up, but that's the general idea. I would like to have an admin panel to run the site with, my web maintenance team is responsible for multiple sites and I would like to limit the amount of time required to update each site. I'd like to be able to use the panel and/or a database to track each item name, description, pictures (I'd like a main and 1-3 sub pics for each if possible) and price... being able to update these through the admin panel or by modifying and uploading new database files.

I would like to be able to use the admin panel for different domains... My company is running (or will be) three sites, and it's possible that there will be a domain change early next year, and we'd like to be able to simply move the site without having to re-list a job here. Domain forwarding won't be an option as we will no longer own the domain in question, it is being sold.

I would also like to have the opportunity to have discount codes, coupons, or something along those lines, if possible...

Finally, our target budget is $500 for this project, but the finance department has 'unofficially' suggested that we can pay out up to $750 for the right development team. If there is one aspect or another that can't be done, please don't hesitate to bid anyway! We can go over what can and can't be done and work out a bid accordingly. We would like to have the site operational within 30 days of closing bid, but we will understand if something comes up.
