flash banner on home page like ( ask me for url)

but flash banner in middle should be a little smaller. I control from admin the banners that are displayed.
New products are displayed on homepage ( i control which one stays and which one is no longer new).

im going to use dark colors like this BUT please note navigation will be on left NOT on the right
