Description

We have been dissapointed with the results of an earlier attempt to get this job done and now urgently require a Website designed which targets small businesses to sell them the concept of having their own Website. The attached file gives the details. Please do not respond without having first read this file, to confirm that you have done so please quote the reference number shown in that file in a PMB as well as at least 3 URLs for sites of your own design.

This site has to be finished by 2300 GMT on Tuesday 4th December, please do not bid if you can't meet this deadline. If this is unrealistic please let us know.

Our selected bidder will be required to confirm acceptance of the work within 12 hours of being chosen and then produce a design concept for the overall look of the pages within a further 12 hours.

We will need to have regular progress reports, at least once per day.
