I am looking to have a website built which is vitually a carbon copy of this site

www.cam4.com

PLEASE familiarise yourself with this site as i want it to operate the same way this site does.

I also need a logo designed - which i will give details of when the bidding is complete. I will also provide text that should be inserted into relevent pages.

Apart from that i also need to be assured ( and given an expected running cost for ) this website's hosting/server fees as i need the website to be running even when visited by a large number of viewers/cammers at one time ( eg. 5000 + )
