Project Details:

I need a website, logo, & letterhead & Business Card, & one 8 1/2 x 11 printed form that I need to create and also transfer to PDF. These need to be designed to match our specific requirements. I have an exact template of what I want the site to look like along with a logo. I just need your help creating the template and form so we can use it along with the logo. I need this done within 7 business days of accepting the offer.

If work is completed to satisfaction I will also hire you to do additional work including brochure etc. Your bid is for Website, Logo, Letterhead & Business Card.

Website Info: 10 Pages of content from the same template, I also need to attach additional PDF Files to the website for viewing. I have the PDF files created other than the one listed above.

Payment will be made via Paypal or credit card or another online source only. I will not send payment via western union. Payment will be made only once project is 100% completed.

What I need from you: I need you to communicate effectively with me and on our scheduled times. I need you to give me an honest bid and honest time frame of completing the project.

I have to be honest with you. Im tired of posting projects online and hiring different companies that dont communicate once hired or take longer than the bid frame to complete. Please do not bid on this project unless you are sure you can match our requirements. Good Luck.
