Description: I'd like to build a finance information site for US consumers with a blog that you will design for me. Note that this project has NO backend coding component, it is striclty for images/CSS/HTML and some javascript work for some elements. Must be using latest CSS/HTML techniques that are cross browser compatible and use close to no <table>s.

I want you to design a sexy eye-catching web 2.0 design, and will give you the name of my website so that you build a theme around that.

What I want is a logo, header and navigation design, and the layout/font for about 3-4 page types and 4-5 elements (like tables, indented quotes, etc). I will use a blog engine and incorporate your design, but please have experience designing layouts and elements for blogs as well.

I will ask for 3 or 4 creative/fresh mockups to pick the different elements to choose from and unlimited revisions until I'm satisfied with the work.

I need a person/group with lots of web 2.0 examples/portfolio, please bid only if you have done projects like this before.

Deliverabke must be clean, commented and usable images/HTML/CSS code that another programmer can use to incorporate his work.

If possible it would be great to discuss project via Skype chat.
