Description

I am looking for a web designer who will design my real estate investing website in a .psd format, and also to create a logo based on a domain name that I have ready. There will be probably 6-8 navigation links on the page but I will only need the front page designed, since the rest are going to be using the same template.

The design should be clean, a bit of web 2.0, with earthy colors and a family friendly feeling. Additional details and examples will be provided upon bid acceptance.

Coding is optional, if you can also code the website then please include it in your pricing and your bid comment. The coding must be standards compliant XHTML/CSS.

Since this is a design project, I will definitely NEED to see a portfolio of past web design projects.

What I am paying the most attention to is the quality and creativity of your work, how trusted you are(references or GAF feedback), your ability to communicate, and your efficiency in meeting your deadline.

If you have past experience in designing a real estate type website in your portfolio, that will also be a plus.

Payment will be held in GAF escrow until project completion.
