Description:	Budget Max $500.00. I have a client who requires a graphical customisation of Joomla 1.5.1. The client runs a small number of Child Care Centres and needs a fresh/fun site to provide information to potential clients. Please see attached images for a starting point. Although none of it is written in stone and I encourage all bidders to explore other design options. Your bid MUST consist of at least one page 'mockup'. Bids that do not include a ‘mockup’ will be ignored. We will endeavour to provide feedback based on the ‘mockup’ and encourage revisions prior to the bid being awarded. Front page links shall start with: Curriculum People Centres Contact Us About Us In addition to the overall site template/design/layout requirements the project will also require the creation of up to 10 content pages. The content pages (to be confirmed) will consist of a photo collage surrounded by graphical links to other pages. Project shall include a minimum of 2 major revisions. All code shall be either open source/freely available or ownership should be transferred to the buyer. All graphics shall become the property of the buyer and shall be included in the project costings. Delivery shall be in the form of edited/new files only, in correct directory structure. All files edited files are to contain commented edits(BOF---EOF). Uncommented code changes will not be accepted. All graphic source files are to be included for future editing requirements.
