Description: I need a design done for a website.

Basically you'll have to create the facade for said site with XHTML and css, without any database or scripting language whatsoever.
This includes the pages (home, signup, account management and so on) and a little content (to fill up the home page, basically).

It has to be attractive and web2.0-ish, with a special consideration to usability and simplicity as well and the following requirements:

- W3C validated
- Same visualization on the major browsers
- Tidy code (keep it mind that it will be used as a model by backend programmers that will fill it with real data)
- Icons (where required) and logo.

The site is about a concept really similar to the one of getafreelancer.com.
