DataBaseOfCheaters.com sells information. The information that is sold are reports of sightings of vehicles at questionable locations, like porno shops, crack houses, motels by the hour, houses of prostitution and lover‘s lanes. To search our database, enquirers pay $20 and input a license plate number and identify the country and state or province that issued the plate.

The core of our web business is it’s website at DataBaseOfCheaters.com.

Two brothers, one a lawyer and the other a cop, were at one of their houses in the wee hours of the morning and wondering collectively where their spouses were. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could search a database of license plates giving us location and date/time information regarding vehicles of interest? That’s how DataBaseOfCheaters.com was born.

At DataBaseOfCheaters.com, you input the license plate of interest (your spouses or your own if you want to see if you‘re in the data base) and if that plate is in our database, we email you the email address of the reporter/spotter/submitter, the date, time and location of the report, as well as other submitted information like photos and narratives of the spotting regarding the plate of interest.

If you don’t get a hit, we congratulate you by email and let you know that your plate of interest wasn‘t in our database.

The information we seek are photos and reports of vehicles that might not want to appear in a searchable database but parked in public locations where there is no expectation of privacy. Photographs of license plates of vehicles at porno shops, known houses of prostitution, hotels by the hour, crack houses and at lover’s lanes. (All locations where the owners would have no expectation of privacy AND also possibly a reason to not want to be photographed there.)

At DataBaseOfCheaters.com individuals can also post requests for information as it pertains to any vehicular license plate. Say, you’re married to Joe who may be frequenting any of the places we report sightings from. Joe drives a car with the Texas license plate of XYZ123. If you search our database and no Texas plate of XYZ123 is in it, you can, for an additional $20, put our spotters on notice that you are interested in information about that vehicle by filing a “Lookout Request“. If that vehicle’s plate is entered into our database, an email with pertinent information is sent to the requester.

Before submissions with their affiliated information becomes searchable and available to users, they must first be approved through our review department. This usually takes less than one day.

We will email you if your information is rejected from our database. Otherwise, assume it was or will be accepted into our database.

5. Disclaimer for DataBaseOfCheaters.com

Despite the website’s name, DataBaseOfCheaters can’t be and isn’t warranted to contain only license plates of cheaters but rather it is a database of vehicle license plates that have reported to have been spotted in questionable places like houses of prostitution, porno shops, illegal drug houses, hotels by the hour and lover’s lanes.

The database consists of submissions of information by submitters or spotters. While submitters pledge that the information submitted is accurate and true, users of the website, enquirers and searchers are hereby informed that we do not warrant the information to be accurate or true or to represent that the information is accurate or true because we have no way of verifying the information. Every submission is done electronically via the internet. Because the information cannot be verified, there may be information in our database that is erroneous. If this is the case, please email us with a description of the erroneous data and a detailed explanation of why the data in our database is erroneous. (Simply objecting to data in our database is insufficient to have it removed. A detailed explanation of why specific data in our database is erroneous is necessary.)

As stated, DataBaseOfCheaters.com does not represent that the information obtained by searches or enquiries to our database will be accurate. What we do though, is give you the email address of the submitter, as supplied to us by the submitter.

DataBaseOfCheaters.com is a searchable database of reports which have been filed by submitters. The submitters pledge that information uploaded into our database is true and accurate. This information includes their assertion that their email address as supplied to us by them is accurate and true however DataBaseOfCheaters.com cannot guarentee that spotters will respond to emails directed to email addresses that are supplied by alleged spotters. We simply sell information out of our database.

If you input a license number into our Search function, we guarantee that if that plate number is in our database, you, the searcher, will be given all filed information as well as the email address of the spotter as given to us by the spotter.
