Description

I need to have a template designed for a fancy dress (costume) website
I have the website set up and online, i require the template to be customized
I have included some various fancy dress websites that i would like my site to resemble
I will require most of the functions of this first site

I like the lay out of this site, i would not have as much content right away but over time i will be offering most of the same products as this site

I would like my site to look similar to this, I need to be able to change the top image for different seasons/holidays etc, and parts of the home page

I am looking to have the various pages laid out like this
