i need a website design that is a mix between http://spotlesscarpets.com and http://deeds-carpet-cleaning-riverside.com/deeds/appt.aspx...

i like the color scheme and style of http://spotlesscarpets.com, however, what i like about http://deeds-carpet-cleaning-riverside.com/deeds/appt.aspx is the tiles that have the images of Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning.

this site needs to be finished in joomla so that we can make changes on the fly. must be real simple. with the color scheme blue and orange.

graphic design needs to be completed in 24 hours for my boss to look at and critique.

start to finish i will pay $75 max - do not bid if you can not accomplish the complete project at this price
