We need a new corporate CMS website with an "intranet" section.

INTRANET SECTION:

Restricted access area where my employees will go to fill out some forms and download documents. I need to be able to control which pages each user can see.

One the login is completed, I need a home page with a menu with links to 3 forms pages, plus one documents download page.

Each of these pages contains a form and each is linked to a database. The attached Excel document has one tab for each database and contains all the required fields.

At the bottom of the pages, I need a "submit" button that will record the information on the online database AND send an email with the content of the form.

I would like the look to be similar to our existing website (same colors, white background): www.prospectusmarketing.com

The website will be in french, but we will provide all the required text. There are no pictures needed other than our company logo.

CORPORATE WEBSITE

A) 6 core pages which use the same elements:

- A simple flash header that displays our tag line

- A ticker similar to the one with a black background on this page: http://www.tickermyfeed.com/

- An nice horizontal flash menu that shows the current page as if were illuminated and the others less visible, but still easy to read. The items in the menu will be arranged from left to right with an arrow facing right (triangle shape) between each item to suggest visitors to start from the left (home page) and move to the right to see each page in the prefered order:

/ITEM 1/ > /ITEM 2/ > /ITEM 3/ > /ITEM 4/


The first 4 pages will contain only text and pictures supplied by us.

Page 5 will be a "click to expand / collapse" menu, each sub-items will be a link to another page

Page 6 contains text with a list of links

Note: The links in pages 5 and 6 should have a nice look (not blue and underlined like a regular link)

OTHER PAGES:

There will be approximately 25 other pages containing details of our different services. They will only be accessed using the links in pages 5 and 6.

WE WILL SUPPLY ALL THE TEXT AND PICTURES.
