Description

At the moment I have a Joomla website that also contains a wordpress blog and a classifieds website in seperate sections.

What I want to do is integrate these sections so they look more connected to the main site.
IE by taking the header and footer from the joomla site and adding these to the other sections.

The website is here

the sections i want to include are
http://www.lincguide.com/review
http://www.lincguide.com/for-sale

Please see attached images for how the pages would be required to look.
On the first (for-sale) the menu will be moved to the side of the page. (will supply images)
On the second (review) need to take out top menu and minor adjustments.

Must not change the core files of the wordpress, only the template files.

Do not bid if you don't know what 100% sure of what you are doing, and are an experienced html programmer.
Do not bid if your only experience is installing joomla and wordpress sites.

must be perfect in every browser.
