Description

JOOMLA 1.5.8 site seeks competent joomla designer(s) to implement a template, a member forum (perhaps via phpbb3) and a blogging mechanism that will allow for about 5 bloggers to have blogs within the site and have their own googleads codes present on their sections (so that they can glean the profits from their blog sections). Blogging mechanism will not be necessary to be designed if the template already can serve the site's purpose.

Commenting mechanisms should also be present on the site for all blog entries and should be optional for articles sections (not JomComment--we don't like the structure of that one because it has too many emoticons and it automatically adds comments to all articles).

The current site (which contains articles, polls, and a few other resources) is using the JA Purity template, but we would like to change it to 'IT Bloggy,' 'IT Breeze' or something else similar with slight modifications. We have already downloaded the possible templates, but ideally would like to create a site that contains a few features from each template since they each contain components that we like.
