Description

Website will be a complete CMS back end and a front end that features:
Market News (we input and update the reports) and Quotes, and Charts (dynamically updated each day).

Each article that is posted should also allow for feedback from registered readers.

On the front and inside report page templates we should have dynamically updated boxes that show:

Dow Jones Industrial Average
S&P 500 Index
Nasdaq Composite Index


Inside the site we would like to feature unique healthcare indexes – a separate page for each index that links to the entire database of companies with their ticker symbols and real-time quote data + data for the entire index on a real-time basis (you have to figure out how we would crawl and database this information so it gets called up for each of the roughly 350 companies that will be listed and covered in these indexes.)

Each company page would include links for detailed quotes, market/financial data, analyst estimates, analyst stock price targets, news links, and commentaries.

In addition, we would like to have several "subscriber only" sections. This means implementing a CMS that can work with Paypal (for example) and self administer subscriptions.

The site would include a place where people could sign up and opt out of a newsletter. Also, a program to mail said newsletter would have to be put on the server so that this newsletter could be blasted to all our subscribers.

Please post your best bid and most accurate estimated time of completion. We need someone who will work with us to launch the site and ensure that all components are working properly. If you have any similar sample sites that you have created, links to those would be appreciated as well.
