Description

Need a component to create and manage appointments.
Component has back end administration and a front end for registered users.
Appointments can be imported / exported as csv file.

Appointments can be posted to a general list or allocated to individual registered users or groups by admin.

Appointments have status ie lodged, active, closed, etc.

Once an appointment is assigned to a user it is hidden from the general list but can be seen and managed by the user assigned.

When assigned to user an email is sent to user confirming assignment.

Users are sorted into groups, (levels) by admin. These groups determine the type of appointments available to users.
Users login to personal home page where they can manage their profile and view, manage appointments assigned to them.
Can view brief description of all generally available appointments to their group and make applications for these appointments.

Application for these appointments is by way of email to admin, who can assign / decline / edit / delete appointments.

Number of appointments applied for by user can be limited by admin. ie - If a user has reached their appointments limit assigned to them, they need to complete and send confirmation to admin that the appointment has been actioned.

A statistics page is also required by admin to view appointments completed, closed, available either by week, month or by user or all.

A full brief is a vailable to successfull bidder.

Component can be intergrated into Community Builder if required.

Docman cannot be used as is already in use on site for general document updates.

Application should be scalable for future development. Ie payment gateway for appointments is being considered.
