Description: Hi webdesigners,

I need a low-budget joomla site, which looks in structure and design like http://www.nu.nl/

There are some options needed:
- easy urls (i know there is a sh404SEF -component which is used in my other websites).
- an easy way to let visitors place their own articles (with a maximum off 500 words), and an easy way for me to aprove them.
- a system which chooses the most popular articles (i don't know if something like this exists...)
- a newsletter-system
- google-banners
- forum (not for now, but easy to create for in the future)
- the website is going to have a lot off pages in the future...

There's no hurry with the project, so you can take your time.... Deadline is around May.
