Hello

I am having trouble with a Joomla site which was designed by indianelite (aka cheapestandbest). They are not returning my emails.

Please see the email dated 18 September below, look at www.asian-wedding-source.co.uk, and quote for resolving the issues mentioned in the email at the bottom of the trail. (I have deleted contact info to comply with GAF rules.)

None of the sections of the website show up in the category manager, and there is an error message at the bottom of the page.

You said in your email to let you know if I have any problem. I am having three problems:-

1. I can't publish to any of the modules on the website.

2. The website displays an error message at the bottom of the page.

3. You have not responded to my last two emails.

I would be obliged if you would fix my website so that I can publish to the modules on the site and so that the error message does not display.

Hello. I have been away on business and am now just getting back to the website.

I can upload articles through http://www.asian-wedding-source.co.uk/administrator, so on that level the site works. However, e.g., when I go to the category manager I only have the following categories:-

1 Latest News
2 Test Cat
3 Newsflash
4 Example FAQs

and I can't find any of the categories in the site.

Also, at the bottom of the home page, the following error message is shown:-

Warning: fopen(/home/asiaecou/public_html/components/com_sef/cache/shCacheContent.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/asiaecou/public_html/components/com_sef/shCache.php on line 108


I would be obliged if you would resolve the above issues.
