Description

Hi,
I need professional designer with good usability knowledge to create a design for a shop.

Will be needed 1 main page, 5 simple inner pages and one very simple questionnaire (5steps).

PLEASE provide your portfolio, as design matters a lot.

European time zone (GMT 0.00 - GMT +3.00) would be preferable, as I am from Europe.

Please remember, I do not need HTML, CSS. Only design. Logo will be provided. Will need PSD files on delivery of course.
