Description:Need a logo design for a real estate company. The company is called: "Belle View Properties". We are a printing company, if project goes well, we have a need for print design outsourcing on an ongoing basis.
I have an image of a house that must be used (provided by the client) and it is very low resolution, but must be re-created in the logo. If you look closely at the image "logo_image", you will see a spanish style house approx 4 sections.
1st section = front of house w/ door.
2nd section = to the right of first section, palm trees above.
3rd section = main area of house with 2 windows.
4th section = attached garage
As mentioned previously, the design must include this image (cleaned up and much higher resolution of course). However, the 2nd and 4th sections indicated above are to be removed from the image of the house.
Design specifications:
1. Logo must include the low resolution image provided (cleaned up and high res of course), as indicated above.
2. Final design must be completed in photoshop (we will need the original .psd file, not flattened please).
3. Logo must include the text "Belle View Properties".
4. Must have unlimited revisions
5. Finished product need to be: full color, with tranparent background.
6. Finished product needs to be a minimum of 300dpi for printing purposes.
Winning bidders should have the following:
