I need help with a template that is getting errors in constant contact. (http://constantcontact.com)

I have a working sample that can be referred to as well as documentation (http://corp.constantcontact.com/pdfs/CC_Advanced_Editor_User_Guide.pdf).
I need someone knowledgeable in the constant contact newsletter service. Currently I'm getting this error:
