Description

Specifications:
A website for a private practice of a psychiatrist.
The goal of the website is to drive new customers to the doctor's office.
The provided picture must be used as the centerpiece of the website (can be cropped to fit layout)
The colors and layout of the site need to flow well with the the provided picture
Should have a menu with space for 4-5 items
The design and layout should not be from any freely available web templates
The site design should have a welcoming, soothing, comforting feel to it as the idea is for the site to compel potential patients to choose the doctor's practice

Requirements:
Needs to work in IE6, 7, & 8, FF3, and Safari
Minimal or no use of tables
All styles in a separate CSS stylesheet
Examples of previous work/portfolio
Upon completion, I will need any PSDs, images, stylesheets, javascript, and css that are used for the site.

Please ask questions if something is not clear.

If you're new to the site, I will need to see samples of your work (website, screenshots, etc...).

****IMPORTANT****
Before you start any graphics design, HTML coding, etc... I will need to see a wire-frame mockup of what you have in mind. This is to ensure you do not spend time working on a design that does not meet my client's requirements.
