Description: I am looking for a designer who can start the project from the scratch and use his/her own professional views to combine with our ideas to set up/design a website consiting of about 10 pages including sub-pages.

The website can be: 1. html 2. flash.
We will need someone who has great graphic/ artwork skills to design our logo and some needed graphic for the whole Website.

So, what we need from you:
1. Logo for web, business cards, letterhead and envelope.
2. Website in html or flash ( if you have skills in flash rather than html).
3. In the website, we will need some pages that allow our clients to upload the files and send us email thru the e-forms.
4. E-mail checking page for our staff members to have access to the email usage in our hosting server.
5. We need you to communicate with us to get the ideas of what we want before we start the project. If you dont have time to discuss with us sharing your professional views and consultation, please do not bid.

Hi Atia, We're interested in the job. We can do the site in html with a splint of flash in the header and a great logo. Regarding the file upload feature and email checking page for staff from hosting site, we're assuming the site will need to be scrtiped in php or ASP and will require a database to store emails. Also to authenticate staff, u will equrie a member login page. Thus a member's table to store their authentications.
