Description:	I need a one-page website. Have the logo template in zip files to provide to the designer. Would like a professional-looking cross between www.dreambuilder.net, and www.franklinpacificfinance.com. Color scheme of logo is green and white (here is the actual logo I've just bought: http://www.pixellogo.com/product.php?productid=19303&cat=361&page=1), and I'd like some type of simple and elegant border around the logo and the company's contact information. No flash. Simple page. The entirety of the text on this one-pager will be: Park Tree Investments (Park Tree on 1st line of logo text, Investments on 2nd line). Below that will be: 425 Divisadero St, Ste 207, San Francisco CA 94117 Below that will be: (415) 746-0267 I need to be able to edit the phone number once you've completed the project, so make it simple enough for me to do on my own. We will probably have 2 or 3 versions to review together, unless you're brilliant and nail it the first time. Feel free to mock something up as part of your bid. I'm extremely fair and pay fast.
