Description

very simple project, I have made a design for a news website , the client likes it but wants changes . I can do it myself but I am very busy with other projects too but I cant make my client wait so I need someone who is an expert at graphic design with a keen sence of item placement and balance. Ill give you the PSD i have made and some ideas and you need to give the work back to me by 20-24 hrs maximum(including changes).Need to show me first update by 8-10 hrs max. More work will be there in the future as I need to ofload myself a bit.

It is a very small project I wont be paying more than $20 + $10 if the work is really good but thats to my discreting.
If anyone is interested please let me know .
