Description

I need a designer to basically take my site http://www.theurbantwist.com and transform it into a Wordpress Template and set it up on a server that I will provide.

This should be easy work for a Wordpress expert since the site's pretty much complete and all you have to do is set up the template for the most part and show me how you did and then I'll go in and clean it up.

The Urban Twist is an Urban entertainment magazine portal and I'm looking for a layout similar to these sites:

http://www.xxlmag.com
http://www.hiphopdx.com

I like the simplistic style of xxlmag the best but I know that Wordpress has a Flash plugin available and would like to implement this into the Homepage of the site.

A rundown of what I'll need:

A.) A Home Page Template resembling XXLMag.com with Flash plugin to showcase featured stories. Also need the same type of layout for me to incorporate adsense and other ad revenue.

B.) Article Templates can stay the same like on my site.

C.) Few minor graphics such as buttons and background table pics to spicen up the site. You can rip graphics off of my site as well to complete the task. Like I said before, site's done, just need help setting wordpress up.

That's it!

Site also needs to be 980 pixels wide. Also color theme can remain the same, but would like to see other varieties if you have an idea that you would like to bring it to the table.

The main thing that I need for you to help me out with is getting started so I can start transferring stories over to the new system.

You will need to create dummy articles to show me how it works.

My budget is low between the $30-$100 range but I can barter off some web hosting space to supplement your payment. Just ask.

Must have a portfolio showcasing Wordpress themed work.

No exceptions.

I don't need web design. I need you to convert a site that is already built into a wordpress template or theme for me to use as described above.
